AI & automation for real estate teams

We would rather automate one loop completely.

Aago builds and runs AI copilots for the repetitive layer of a brokerage. We are new at this in the way that matters: no decade of case studies to wave at you. So instead of borrowed metrics we publish the method, the price, and the number each copilot has to hit.

That is why we start with a paid assessment you keep whether or not you continue. It is the cheapest way for both of us to find out whether you have enough repetitive volume to be worth automating.

Who you will be working with

Led by Govinda Poudel

Govinda scopes and builds the copilots directly. That means the person who sits with your agents during the assessment is the person who decides what the copilot will and will not do, and who signs off on the number it has to hit.

For a brokerage, the practical effect is that there is no handoff from a salesperson to a delivery bench you never met. The person who told you it would work is the person who has to show you whether it did.

How we work

Five things we will not trade away

  1. 01

One loop at a time. We would rather automate listing prep completely than five things partly.

  2. 02

The target number is agreed before the build starts, not after.

  3. 03

A licensed human approves anything that leaves your office.

  4. 04

Every claim comes with the method behind it, in writing.

  5. 05

If a copilot misses its target, you hear it from us first.

What Aago is not

Aago builds workflow software. It is not a brokerage, not a licensed agent, and it does not give real estate, legal, lending, or tax advice. Licensed professionals remain responsible for supervising its use, reviewing AI-assisted output, and exercising professional judgment before relying on or sending anything it produces.

AI & automation for real estate teams

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring your worst workflow.

A call is thirty minutes to work out whether there's a loop here worth automating. A paid assessment is for brokerages that already know there is: it starts with a review of your own files.
