Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Forms you submit: contact and intake details — name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about your workflows, budget, and timeline.
• Conversations: messages you exchange with the AI Companion and in support sessions.
• Workspace data: the firm name, subdomain, and account email used to provision a trial workspace.
• Operational logs: request and audit logs needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

To respond to you, qualify and scope engagements, provide and secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. Your data is used for inference only when AI features process it — never to train or fine-tune models — and we don't sell it.

3. Who else sees it

The subprocessors we use (model providers, billing, hosting, observability) and what each one sees are published in the Trust Center subprocessor table. We share data with them only as needed to provide the service.

4. How long we keep it

Conversation logs and intermediate data: 90 days. Financial records: 7 years, per tax law. Lead and engagement records are kept while the relationship is active or until you ask us to delete them.

5. Your rights

On written request we delete personal data within 30 days (except where a legal hold applies) and export your data in JSON or CSV format. Write to info@aagoai.com from the email address on the record.

6. Security

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, tenant-scoped isolation, and audit trails on platform actions. The full security posture, including current certification status, is published in the Trust Center.
